In the case of custom or personalized orders, I do NOT accept any returns, the only exception would be if I made a mistake accidentally and, in that case, would be happy to replace it after the original item is returned. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your item. We are not responsible for any damage to due improper washing, handling or dropping of items.
